Questions
- What happens if I cancel, or a payment fails?
- You drop back to Starter and your profile stays listed — nothing is deleted and nobody is hidden. The paid features simply stop. If a payment fails, Stripe retries for a while before anything changes.
- Do you take a cut of my bookings?
- No. No commission, no booking fee, no percentage. Your fee is between you and the buyer, and we never see it.
- Do buyers pay anything?
- No. Browsing, enquiring and posting gigs are free for venues, casinos, corporate buyers and agents — permanently.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, any time, from your dashboard. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are all self-service through the billing portal.
