I currently serve as President of TAD Management, where I oversee artist development, national bookings, show production, business strategy, and technology initiatives for one of the entertainment industry's premier talent agencies. My career spans more than 20 years in live entertainment, touring nationally for over 200 days a year as a guitarist, audio engineer, producer, and performer.
Throughout my career, I've developed, produced, and managed nationally touring productions including The Big Easy Live, Sleigh Bells Swing, Springsteen: Born to Run, and numerous other tribute and theatrical concert experiences. My hands-on background in performance, production, and audio engineering—combined with executive leadership—gives me a unique perspective on every aspect of creating successful live entertainment.
Beyond the stage, I'm an author, speaker, and entertainment industry panelist with a passion for artist development, live production, and the future of entertainment technology. Whether producing shows, mentoring artists, building innovative business systems, or speaking at industry events, my focus has always been the same: creating exceptional experiences for audiences while helping artists and organizations thrive.
